Sáng ngày 17/10/2026, tại Trụ sở chính, Trường THCS Khương Thượng tổ chức Hội nghị Viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026-2027 với sự tham dự của tập thể lãnh đạo, cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhà trường.
Hội nghị là dịp để tập thể nhà trường nhìn lại những kết quả đạt được trong năm học 2025-2026, thống nhất phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học mới; đồng thời phát huy tinh thần dân chủ, trách nhiệm, đoàn kết và quyết tâm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục.
Tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Bùi Thị Hồng Thủy, Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã trình bày phương hướng hoạt động và nhiệm vụ năm học 2026-2027. Đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Hương, Chủ tịch Công đoàn, trình bày phương hướng, nhiệm vụ hoạt động Công đoàn trong năm học mới. Các nội dung được trao đổi, thảo luận trong tinh thần dân chủ, thẳng thắn, trách nhiệm, hướng tới mục tiêu xây dựng nhà trường ngày càng phát triển.
Một trong những nội dung quan trọng của Hội nghị là bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ 2026-2028. Với tinh thần dân chủ, công khai và trách nhiệm, Hội nghị đã tiến hành bầu cử theo đúng chương trình, đồng thời thông báo kết quả bầu cử và ra mắt Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ mới. Đây là lực lượng góp phần giám sát việc thực hiện các quy định, quy chế, thực hiện dân chủ ở cơ sở, bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của viên chức, người lao động trong nhà trường.
Bên cạnh đó, Hội nghị đã nghe trình bày dự thảo Quy chế chi tiêu nội bộ năm 2027; tổ chức ký giao ước thi đua giữa Ban Giám hiệu và Công đoàn; thông qua Nghị quyết Hội nghị với sự thống nhất cao của các đại biểu tham dự.
Hội nghị Viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026-2027 khép lại trong không khí đoàn kết, dân chủ và đồng thuận. Những nội dung được thống nhất tại Hội nghị là cơ sở quan trọng để tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Khương Thượng tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần trách nhiệm, đổi mới, sáng tạo, chung sức hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ năm học, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục kỷ cương, chất lượng và hạnh phúc./.

KHUONG THUONG LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL HOLDS THE ANNUAL STAFF CONFERENCE FOR THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR
On the morning of October 17, 2026, Khuong Thuong Lower Secondary School held the Annual Staff Conference for the 2026–2027 academic year at the Main school, with the participation of the school’s leadership, administrative personnel, teachers, and staff members.
The conference provided an opportunity for the school community to review the achievements of the 2025–2026 academic year and agree on priorities and tasks for the new academic year, while promoting democracy, responsibility, solidarity, and determination to improve educational quality.
At the conference, Ms. Bùi Thị Hồng Thủy, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal, presented the school’s priorities and tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year. Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương, President of the School Labor Union, presented the Labor Union’s priorities and tasks for the new academic year. These matters were discussed in a democratic, frank, and responsible spirit, with the aim of supporting the school’s continued development.
One of the key items on the agenda was the election of the People’s Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term. In a spirit of democracy, transparency, and responsibility, the conference conducted the election in accordance with the agenda, announced the results, and introduced the newly elected People’s Inspection Board. The board helps oversee compliance with rules and regulations and the implementation of grassroots democracy, while protecting the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of the school’s teachers and staff members.
The conference also heard a presentation on the draft Internal Expenditure Regulations for 2027, held the signing of a cooperative agreement between the School Management Board and the Labor Union, and adopted the Conference Resolution with strong consensus among the delegates in attendance.
The Annual Staff Conference for the 2026–2027 academic year concluded in an atmosphere of solidarity, democracy, and consensus. The matters agreed upon at the conference provide an important foundation for the administrative personnel, teachers, and staff members of Khuong Thuong Lower Secondary School to continue demonstrating responsibility, innovation, and creativity, working together to successfully fulfil the academic year’s tasks and build a disciplined, high-quality, and happy educational environment
